Note: 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended in winter. Ski Season Rates: beginning Dec. 4, 2009 and ending Mar. 29, 2010: Week Night: $350. Weekend Night: $400. Weekend: $1,200. • General Info • For your convenience, the following items are available for your use: linens and towels, alarm clock, hair dryer, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry soap. Local maps, restaurant dining guide, are provided. The home has central heating. Firewood is also provided for the huge living room fireplace. |

• Kitchen • The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, grill, dish washer, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, oven, stove top burners, blender, and spices. Also, a washing machine and clothes dryer. |

• Outside • Enjoy great views from the wood deck with outdoor gas grill. |

• Reservations • All rates are non-negotiable and are based upon a max occupancy of 10 people. Additional people must be approved and may be subject to an additional charge per person. All reservations require a refundable $800 Security Deposit. 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation; 50% balance + security deposit are due 4 weeks prior to stay. A completed booking form (emailed from the owner to the reserving party ) is to be returned with the deposit. In the event that a reservation is performed within 4 weeks of the scheduled stay, full payment of the quoted rate and security deposit will be required. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in forfeiture of a portion of the total rent payment as specified in the terms of the lease. Payment via personal check or money order. The home is available for Seasonal rental with rate and terms to be negotiated. |

• Directions • From I-81 North: Exit 206/Lenoxville. Turn right onto Rt. 374 East, following signs to Elk Mtn. Continue on 374; at Idlewild Ski Shop, turn right. Continue 1.4 miles to dirt road on right, turn right onto SR 2033. Continue 2.2 miles to cross roads, turn left onto T401, a dirt road. Continue up the hill, the house is exactly .75 mile on the left. From I-81 South: Exit 211 Lenox. Turn left onto 92 North; follow signs to Elk Mtn. Continue 2.7 miles then right turn onto SR 2067. Continue to Idlewild Ski Shop, turn left onto Rt. 374. Continue 1.4 miles to dirt road on right, turn right onto SR 2033. Continue 2.2 miles to cross roads, turn left onto T401, a dirt road. Continue up the hill, the house is exactly .75 mile on the left. From New York City/Northern New Jersey: I-80 West to I-380 West to I-81 North; then follow directions above. From Philadelphia/ Southern New Jersey: Northeast Extension to I-81 North; then follow directions above. |
